Jan is the driving force behind BlueCliff & Partners. He has acquired a great deal of experience in managing people and teams; as an officer in the Paras, he learned about the directive and coaching aspect of leadership in a very unusual manner.
After that, he was successful in sales, both in family-owned firms and in a stock-market listed environment. He had a career as a Sales Manager, and brought his former career to an end as General Manager of the Belgian subsidiary of the quoted company CRH.
Jan gets results with his enthusiastic approach, which he has also channelled into becoming an officially-approved martial arts coach.
