Our programme for managers is based on the experience of our Managing Partner, Jan Christiaenssen. He is a former Para-Commando officer, and has extensive management experience in both family-owned and stock-market listed companies (Sales Manager, General Manager).

Managing is a process.

BlueCliff & Partners has developed a model so that managers experience leadership as more than finding a balance between coaching and giving clear instructions.

We have identified 8 roles that each manager fulfils; the ‘8 Roles Model ©’.

A course for managers usually lasts 4 days.
On Day 1, participants get to know themselves better through Insights Discovery. They find out how to deal with different personalities within their team.
During the following 3 days, the participants ((future) managers) discover what leadership is, by means of a card game with case studies, assignments, questions etc. In a group they find out what is required to fulfil every role in an authentic manner.

Every manager creates his/her own leadership style by completing the roles in his/her own way.

The 4-day programme can be shortened/amended.
